Practice for Sale
Real estate only, no goodwill
South West WA Vet Clinic for sale in Western Australia. The clinic is located in the beautiful south West of WA, 90 mins south of Perth and 90 mins to the Margaret River wine region further to the South. The clinic is historically a dairy cattle practice but with the recent economic boom in the south west there has been a lot of residential development and subdivision of farms into acreages for lifestyle blocks. There is tremendous potential to develop the equine and small animal component of the business. We have two stables at the back of the clinic.
There are a number of equine studs in the area. The clinic provides a vet for the local harness racing and there is potential to branch into track work, both harness and thoroughbred racing. The dairy industry has a brighter outlook with an increased demand and improved prices locally. The block is approximately 2000m2 or half an acre with potential to do further building or development of the facilities. The practice is currently 50% cattle and 50% small animal and equine. The stables are in good repair. The clinic is located on the main street with good exposure and drive past traffic. It is possible to live at the beach only 20 minutes drive from the clinic.
