The T.G. Hungerford Award

Tom Hungerford

The T.G. Hungerford award was instituted by the Council of the Post Graduate Foundation in Veterinary Science, now the Centre for Veterinary Education, on the retirement of Dr T.G. Hungerford OBE. This recognised Tom’s enormous contribution to our profession and its continued development.

The Hungerford Award continues the tradition of recognising excellence in continuing veterinary education.

“So splendid is their performance they adorn the awards for excellence now conferred upon them”. (TGH)
