Hot Topics in Feline Medicine Digital Proceedings
This one-day seminar Hot Topics in Feline Medicine was held on 14 April and 2 June 2013. The aim of the seminar was to provide current hot topics in feline medicine and practical tips for best-practice management of feline diseases encountered in everyday practice.
Speaker Vanesss Barrs presented new case-based information on hyperthyroidism in Australian cats that will help you optimise management of hyperthyroid patients with concurrent chronic kidney disease. The program also looked at recognising and treating different forms of alimentary lymphoma, including tips on investigation of enteropathies. Learn about a newly discovered infection causing aspergillosis in cats, how to recongise it and differentiate if from other fungal infections like cryptococcosis.
