Learning Outcomes
By successfully completing this course, you will:
- Understand the varying presentations of Cushing’s disease and grasping comprehension around alternative disease processes that may present similar to Cushing’s disease
- Understand the evolving world of hyperadrenocorticism in dogs and the diagnostic and treatment options at a clinician’s disposal to manage this disease
- Understand adrenal anatomy, pathology and disease including the ability to ultrasound the adrenal glands AND determine the significance of an adrenal gland mass/nodule
- Understand how to approach and manage a cat with hyperadrenocorticism
