Management of Postprandial Hyperglycaemia WebinarLIVE!

Continuous glucose monitoring has revealed considerable within-day, day-to-day, and inter-individual variability of postprandial hyperglycaemia relating to feeding in diabetic dogs and cats treated with insulin.

Excessive postprandial hyperglycaemia can be identified by reviewing continuous glucose data over several days while the animal is fed the usual diet with the usual feeding routine. This can often be effectively managed by changing the diet or the feeding routine for one or more of the daily meals. Join Dr Linda Fleeman for this illuminating live presentation, which doubles as a primer for the Feline & Canine Diabetes Workshop: New Tools & Old Tricks hosted by the CVE in Melbourne (18 - 19 July) and Brisbane (22-23 July 2024).
