Improving Patient Outcomes: Beyond Tech Skills WebinarPLUS

Non-technical skills are vital skills, which complement our technical skills and knowledge in improving patient outcomes.

These skills include teamwork, leadership, communication skills, decision making and situation awareness, which when applied to our practice have demonstrated to minimise medical errors and improve patient outcomes and staff wellbeing. This presentation, which is applicable to vets, nurses and practice managers will provide participants with a toolkit in developing and incorporating these skills into everyday practice.
