Within a clinic, veterinary nurses are usually responsible for receiving inbound wildlife patients and their ability to provide immediate, efficient first aid and stress reduction so often makes all the difference between life and death for many of our orphaned and injured wildlife.
As a veterinary nurse, you have the potential to make the biggest impact for wildlife that enters a practice until that animal can be seen by a veterinarian. Part two of “Wildlife friendly clinics” will focus on appropriate triage and treatment methods.
This webinar is delivered in collaboration with WIRES, Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organisation.
