The C&T and Perspective Series is the brainchild of Dr Tom Hungerford, first Director of the PGF (1969-1987), who wanted a forum for uncensored and unedited material. Tom wanted to get the clinicians writing:
...not the academic correctitudes, not the theoretical niceties, not the super correct platitudes that have passed the panel of review... not what he/she should have done, BUT WHAT HE/SHE DID, right or wrong, the full detail, revealing the actual "blood and dung and guts" of real practice as it happened, when tired, at night, in the rain in the paddock, poor lighting, no other vet to help.
C&T is an open access publication, accessible to both Members and Non-Members digitally via the CVE Website.
C&T is also available as a printed series subscription, offered as a complimentary member benefit for those with Individual CVE Membership (with an option to opt-out of this benefit).
The printed C&T Series Subscription can also be purchased by non-members and at 50% discount to Student Members, eMembers and those part of a Practice Membership with each C&T issue delivered to your door.
Your annual subscription will consist of the next four issues of the Control and Therapy Series (a quarterly publication). Issues are published in March, June, September and December.
