Why are membership renewals changing? 

Research tells us that having an annual date for membership renewals is beneficial for members by reducing email communication, streamlining payments and the ability to leverage end of financial year tax claims. 
We anticipate this change will allow us to provide efficient and responsive customer support for membership renewals. 

Will this impact my membership fee?

Our membership renewal fees will be locked at 2022 prices throughout 2023. 
For membership due between 31 January – 31 March 2023, your renewal will take you through to 30 June 2023. 
For membership due from 1 April 2023, your renewal will take you through to 30 June 2024. 
In practical terms, your membership renewal invoice will reflect the table below:

Will renewal dates vary by membership type? 

No, all membership types will hold the same renewal date of 30 June each year. 

What payment options are available for membership?

Options for membership payments remain unchanged and include a one-off payment or automated renewal.

When does my membership expire?

The CVE operates on an annual membership cycle to June 30 commencing in 2023. 
At the time of joining, you will have an opportunity to set up automatic membership renewal. 
You will receive email and SMS notifications when your membership is due for renewal, we appreciate you keeping your contact details up to date. 

How do I renew my membership? 

You can renew your membership online; simply log in and navigate to your ‘My Account’ page where you will see a prompt to renew your membership.
