Professor Wakshlag (of the School of Veterinary Medicine, Cornell University), is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Nutrition as well as the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. He currently serves as Professor, Sections of Clinical Nutrition and Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation and Section Chief of Nutrition at Cornell University, School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr Wakshlag achieved a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and served two residencies in pathology and clinical nutrition. His vast body of research includes obesity management, nutritional intervention for working and sporting dogs, and cancer biology.
