Lisa began working in Brisbane as a veterinary nurse in a busy general practice. After a number of years, she changed direction and begun working in a referral specialist hospital. Over the years she has move from a rotating general nurse to an ICU nurse. Lisa made the move to Sydney in 2016 and continued to work as an emergency and critical care nurse before moving into a nurse manager role and is now working in an imaging-based role. Her passion in veterinary medicine is particularly in emergency and critical care medicine. Her other passion is to improve knowledge in others so they can continue to grow their skills and knowledge to get the most out of their veterinary nursing career.
