Tony Caiafa

Tony Caiafa graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor degree in Veterinary Science in 1978. He worked as mainly a companion animal vet and owned two practices over a period of 16 years. He returned to study and completed a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1998 and graduated dux of his year. He has extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry in humans with a particular interest in dental implants and root canal treatments. He continues to work with our four-legged friends as an Adjunct Associate Professor in Veterinary Dentistry at James Cook University, Townsville as well as a consultant in veterinary dentistry at North Coast Veterinary Specialists and referral practice on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
