I am a fourth year veterinary science student at James Cook University in Townsville. I was lucky enough to become a CVE member early on in my degree and have used the resources available to student members countless times to help with assignments and to supplement lecture material. I have also loved the freedom my CVE membership gave me to learn about specific areas of interest that are not covered in depth at university. The further I have progressed throughout my degree, the more I have realised just how much there is to learn in the veterinary profession. This is both exciting and daunting, and I am very much looking forward to continuing to use CVE post graduation to gain as much of this knowledge as I can!
