Maggie Burley

Maggie is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with over 15 years’ experience and still working in small animal general practice. Her passion for dentistry has led to her obtaining both the Diploma of Veterinary Nursing (Dental), and the Veterinary Technician Speciality in Dentistry. Maggie is experienced in conducting nurse dental clinics and assisting in both general practice dental procedures and advanced specialty procedures and oral surgery. Maggie’s passion for nurse education along with her passion for dentistry has led her to a varied role with the Crampton Consulting Group where she brings her wealth of experience to encourage and support the students of AIRC and to create, develop & provide CPD training opportunities in all aspects of veterinary dentistry nursing. Maggie is an advocate for veterinary nurses and technicians through her voluntary roles on the WSAVA Global Dental Committee, Chair of the AVNAT Disciplinary Committee and Chair of the Qld Division of the VNCA. In her spare time, you'll often find her buried in her latest textbook acquisition muttering her mantra of "lifelong learning".
