Chris has been working as a veterinary nurse in primary, specialist, research and university practice for the past 15 years. He is a double board certified veterinary technician specialist (VTS) in both small animal and research anaesthesia and currently works across clinical and research settings with a focus on cardiac anaesthesia. Chris recently completed his Master of Science degree in Veterinary Anaesthesia & Analgesia graduating with distinction and being awarded the inaugural Eddie Clutton prize for best dissertation. Chris enjoys teaching, lecturing for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs and spends the majority of his spare time trying to convince his two German shepherds not to shed in the house.
