Jane holds an academic position as Associate Professor in Veterinary Epidemiology and Public Health at Charles Sturt University and also runs an epidemiological consulting business. Her main interest is infectious disease epidemiology and in particular zoonoses and antimicrobial resistance. Jane has taught veterinary epidemiology and public health at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for 15 years, has published over 70 journal articles and delivered over 100 scientific presentations at national and international conferences. She is a co-founder of the AMR Vet Collective.
