Customer Service Officer
Diego joined the CVE in 2015 as a Customer Service Officer, having previously worked in this role in real estate companies in Melbourne and Sydney. Being a great communicator is essential, but feedback from veterinarians quickly established that Diego had a flair not only for dealing with people but for really listening to what vets were saying and going out of his way to help and work around problems. This attentiveness, knowledge about the CVE’s courses and products and willingness and drive to grow in his job saw Diego successfully apply to undertake a secondment role as the CVE Events Co-ordinator in 2017 which he is handling with his customary competence and flair. Recently Diego completed formal certification in Events Management to supplement his practical experience and is implementing innovative ideas to improve veterinarians’ experience at all the CVE’s face-to-face events.
