Exotics Emergency - The Basics TimeOnline

Exotics Emergency - The Basics TimeOnline

Inappetent rabbit? Fluffed up bird? Improve your understanding and confidence of exotics emergencies.

Whether you’re working in an emergency clinic or general practice, this course will develop the basic skills you need to handle common exotics presentations.

The aim of this course is to outline fundamental skills and understandings with which every clinician treating exotics should be familiar, with a focus on species commonly kept in Australia including birds, small mammals and reptiles. The course will cover triage and basic supportive care, hospitalisation needs of exotic patients, basic diagnostics and therapeutics, and interactive case examples.

You couldn’t be in better hands as Dr Izidora Sladakovic’s bio testifies.  As well as being a phenomenal educator, she has the singular distinction of being the only registered specialist in zoological medicine in both Australia and USA.
