They gradually “slow down”, spend more time in bed, seem to have “stiff joints” when getting up from a laying position and can present many other “geriatric” symptoms - not only musculoskeletal, but linked to other systems too.
We all partake in either taking images or assist in taking diagnostic images as part of treatment plans for many patients.
Whether we are using x-rays, ultrasound, CT or MRI, we as nurses and techs are a part of the process. This webinar is designed to help guide you in correct positioning for images for different imaging modalities and to become comfortable in identifying and interpreting the images that you produce.
